Former Buffalo Bills star Stefon Diggs, now a wide receiver for the New England Patriots, faces serious allegations from Chris Blake Griffith, who accused Diggs of drugging him and attempting sexual assault in October 2024, sources confirmed to ESPN.
Griffith, an entertainment marketing manager, claimed the incident occurred during a private encounter with Diggs, then with the Houston Texans. The accusations surfaced days after rumors linked Diggs to rapper Cardi B, adding fuel to his off-field controversies.
"Stefon tried to drug me and then have sex with me," Griffith alleged in an Instagram comment, as reported by TMZ. “I escaped unscathed, thank you Jesus.”
Griffith further alleged that the incident led to a violent retaliation. He had previously sued Diggs’ brother, Darez, for a May 2023 elevator attack in Los Angeles, where Darez and accomplices reportedly beat and robbed him of $100,000 in jewelry.

The elevator assault, captured on CCTV, showed Darez orchestrating the attack, later pleading no contest to felony grand theft and receiving two years of probation. Griffith claimed the assault was an attempt to silence him about Diggs’ alleged actions.
Diggs, who signed a four-year, $69 million deal with the Patriots in April, has not publicly responded to the allegations. The NFL star, once a fan favorite in Buffalo with 1,535 receiving yards in 2020, now faces scrutiny as he navigates his new chapter.
“These are serious claims that demand investigation,” said NFL Network’s Ian Rapoport. “The league will likely step in.”
The Bills, now led by Josh Allen’s 4,306-yard MVP legacy, prepare to face Diggs and the Patriots in 2025. As the Bills chase a Super Bowl with James Cook’s 1,086-yard rushing, Diggs’ off-field saga casts a shadow over his return.
