A Super Bowl hero is transforming lives! The former Eagles running back, celebrated for his 2017 championship run, is building 100 schools and 4 hospitals in Nigeria, sources told ESPN.

Born in London to Nigerian parents, this star’s journey began in Philly. His Super Bowl LII ring fueled a mission to give back to his ancestral homeland.

Jay Ajayi shared his vision: “Thanks to Eagles, I’ve built 100 schools and 4 hospitals in my hometown in Nigeria. Where no one knew football, I built a field—now kids dream bigger. That’s Philly pride.”

From 2017-2019, Ajayi’s 1,196 rushing yards electrified Philly. His gritty runs, including 592 yards in 2017, helped secure the Eagles’ first Super Bowl title.

Ajayi’s Nigeria projects, funded through his foundation, provide education and healthcare in Edo State. The football field sparks dreams, teaching kids the sport he mastered in Philly.
